About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Liquidity Implementation to join their Global Liquidity Management (GLM) Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and architecting a new liquidity reporting infrastructure, developing a next-generation liquidity calculation engine, and ensuring the end-to-end implementation of business requirements. This role requires close collaboration with technology and data teams to deliver scalable and sustainable reporting solutions, as well as driving change through influence and collaboration. The VP will also be involved in data governance best practices and must be an analytical thinker with the ability to proactively resolve issues and drive ideas from concept to execution. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a BA/BS degree in a quantitative or related field, with an M.Sc. preferred, and at least 8 years of relevant experience in application development and/or financial services, particularly in liquidity management and data within a large bank. Proficiency in SQL and Python is required, with experience in additional coding languages and development platforms being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as LCR, NSFR, and FR2052a, and experience with data management and governance. The role demands a detail-oriented, well-organized, and innovative individual who is a self-starter and a team player, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
