Part-Time Front Desk Agent
Fairfield Inn & Suites O'Fallon, IL

Fairfield Inn & Suites O'Fallon, IL is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team.

We are looking for someone who can work 3-4 shifts per week and is available for both morning and evening shifts . The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage multiple tasks at once, and maintains a positive, professional attitude while providing exceptional guest service.

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Applicants must have flexibility to work a combination of both shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Answer phones, manage reservations, and assist with guest inquiries
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
• Complete daily shift tasks and reports
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management

• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred
• Must be available to work both morning and evening shifts
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
