Please make sure to list where your candidate is currently located in the question section on the skills tab.The business analyst will be responsible for converting the business requirements into functional requirements and working with the architects in the design phase of this project. This individual will be knowledgeable in all aspects of business analysis and functional requirements documentation and has a basic understanding of project management and system development life cycle as well as porting efforts from legacy applications to new solutions. The individual must have proven experience with enterprise level development projects. The business analyst will work closely with client project manager in assisting with solution documentation to meet state IT requirements.Role responsibilities:Analyze, define, and document functional requirements from business requirementsDocument the projects and project deliverables as assignedWork with the PMO manager, project manager, business customer and project teamDevelop and document test plans, scenarios and scriptsAnalyze and estimate feasibility and compatibility with other programs and projectsConsult with users to prototype, refine, test, and debug solution to meet change management needsProvide quality control for project deliverablesSkills required:Business process analysis, requirements development and documentationExperience working at PMO and program level and coordination of deliverables across multiple effortsPlanning and management skills including scope estimating, budgeting and resource allocation proceduresStrong analytical and conceptual skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
