En TYLin buscamos un/a Project Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo de Barcelona.
Responsabilidades y cualificaciones
¿Qué harás?
Te integrarás a un equipo de Project Management que gestiona un proyecto de grandes dimensiones en Barcelona.
Formarás parte del equipo de control de obra y tendrás bajo tu responsabilidad el control de un sector de la obra, bajo la supervisión del Project Manager y el Construction Manager.
Coordinarás los diferentes agentes implicados (DO, DEO, Constructora).
Coordinarás la resolución de incidencias de diseño y construcción.
Supervisarás e impulsarás el cumplimento de plazos de ejecución, etc.
Requisitos:
Titulación: Arquitecto Técnico / Arquitecto / Ingeniero Industrial.
Experiencia: al menos 10 años en gestión de obras, como DEO, Project Manager o Jefe de Obra.
Conocimientos: precios de construcción, realización de presupuestos y estimaciones de coste, etc.
Herramientas: MS Office, TCQ o Presto, MS Project
Idiomas: Catalán, Castellano, Inglés mínimo B2.
Valorable: experiencia en obras de grandes presupuestos, así como la experiencia en proyectos con un fuerte componente de interiorismo y la formación específica en Project Management. También se valorarán conocimientos básicos de Autocad y/o Revit.
