Requirements 1+ years of community manager experience. 3+ years of operational experience in a luxury multifamily setting. Demonstrated coaching and development ability. BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills and professional presence. Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms. Basic understanding of written and verbal English. In This Role You Will Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with forecasting and a proactive plan for financial performance of the asset. Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and goals through tactical planning. Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes. Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements. Mark‑Taylor is an equal opportunity employer and a drug‑free workplace.
