You'll play a key role in growing our presence in the community while enjoying a fun, flexible, and rewarding work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage event attendees and generate qualified leads for our home remodeling servicesSchedule appointments with interested homeownersMaintain a strong knowledge of our products and servicesHelp set up and break down event displays and promotional boothsCommunicate effectively with the Events Coordinator before, during, and after eventsMaintain the appearance and condition of event displays and marketing materialsRepresent Loom Remodelers professionally and enthusiastically at all timesQualifications1 to 3 years of customer service, sales, marketing, or event experience preferredOutgoing, energetic, and coachable personalityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOpen weekend availabilityValid driver's licenseReliable transportationStrong work ethic and positive attitudeCompensation & BenefitsAdditional IncentivesUncapped 1% override on every event-generated jobMonthly bonuses for hitting appointment goalsPaid training and a clear path to Marketing ManagerBi-weekly payOpportunity for advancement and leadership growthBenefits401(k)Paid VacationPaid Sick TimeWhy Join Loom Remodelers?Full-time pay for part-time workLimited experience?
