Junior Data Entry SpecialistCleveland, Ohio, United StatesThe Junior Data Entry Specialist compiles and records production data for industrial establishments to compare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of production.Responsibilities:Perform logging and tracking of paper and electronic mediaAnalyze and interpret content of cover letters and electronic mediaDetermine Bates number ranges in collections of documentsDetect encrypted filesDecrypt electronic files with passwords providedCopy documents and data from electronic media to shared storage locationsDetermine types of processing required to load documents and data into litigation support repositoriesOther duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years experience in a professional experienceLitigation Support experience preferred.Ability to follow oral and written directionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsPrior experience with compression software (e.g., 7-zip, WinZip, WinRar and SecureZip) and decryption software (e.g., TrueCrypt and VeraCrypt) is PreferredBe proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe AcrobatThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
