Contract Indianapolis Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs Establish a consistent and structured recruiting process Take ownership of recruiting currently handled by managers Source and screen candidates across multiple roles Present a shortlist of qualified candidates Lead intake meetings and set clear expectations Keep roles moving and ensure timely follow-up Maintain accurate data in the ATS/HRIS Build trust with hiring managers and drive process adoption This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p.
