JOBDESCRIPTION TheCollectionsSpecialistisacustomer-facingrolededicated100%tocollectingoutstandingreceivables.Thispositionworksdirectlywithcustomers,insurancecarriers,andadjusterstosecurepaymentonpast-duebalances,resolvebillingdisputes,andmoveaccountstoresolutionwhileupholdingSERVPROTeamSPG’scustomercarestandards.Theidealcandidateunderstandshowrestorationandinsurance-claimsbillingworks,iscomfortablehavingdirectconversationsaboutoutstandingbalances,andstaysprofessionalandsolution-focusedwhenacustomerisfrustrated.
