About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Global Head of Total Rewards to join their People Leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and evolution of the global compensation and benefits strategy, with a focus on aligning offerings with the company's wellness brand and supporting its expansion into new markets. This role requires a visionary leader with a strategic approach to total rewards, including the integration of wellness into the employee value proposition. The VP will also be instrumental in preparing the company for its journey toward becoming a public entity, ensuring that the total rewards framework is in line with the long-term business strategy. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in global total rewards, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership capacity. The role demands a deep understanding of global business models, financial drivers, and the ability to influence at the board level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in change management, be adept at using data and analytics for decision-making, and have a strong commitment to the mission of integrating wellbeing into the workplace. Strategic leadership, global compliance knowledge, and the ability to foster a culture of high performance and adaptability are essential. The VP will also be expected to lead organizational transformations in the rewards space and serve as a key advisor on executive compensation and governance.
