RENTAL MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT (Cedar) in Newington

Overview Hartford, CT Imagineers , a property management company with offices in Hartford and Seymour, is seeking a skilled, full-time Rental Maintenance Superintendent in Newington. This is a 40-hour-per-week position. Responsibilities Maintain and perform janitorial upkeep of a 68-unit apartment complex in Newington, CT. Perform general routine property maintenance and inspections as assigned. Direct trades workers as needed at the property. Manage work independently with strong organization and attention to detail. Possess strong communication skills and proficiency with basic work tools. Be available for emergency on-call duties as required. Have a vehicle capable of carrying work materials (truck preferred). Qualifications High school or equivalent education. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 3–5 years of skilled maintenance experience; janitorial/cleaning experience is a plus. Supervisory experience and the ability to manage trade workers. Clean background check.
