Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their individual challenges.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, utilizing recognized modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Establish and track therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring their progress to adjust treatment approaches as necessary.

• Offer remote therapy options, ensuring accessibility for those who may face barriers to in-person sessions, while enhancing client engagement and participation.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions and treatment modalities to uphold ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to remain current with best practices, new research findings, and clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients seeking support for various mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, substance use issues, and past trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and specialization.
