Operations Manager OpportunityClean Response, the Twin Cities' premier independent restoration contractor, has an opportunity for our newest expansion in the Rochester, MN market!We are looking for a dedicated and driven professional who acts with integrity, values the importance of being a team player, and strives for excellence in all that they do. We are seeking an Operations Manager that can take a hands-on approach to lead day-to-day operations for a fast-paced restoration business. This role is ideal for someone who can balance big-picture thinking with rolling up their sleeves to get things done. You'll oversee operations, lead a strong team, and help scale the business.Operations LeadershipOversee daily operations across mitigation, cleaning, and reconstructionEnsure projects run efficiently, safely, and on scheduleTrack and improve key metrics like cycle times, margins, and customer satisfactionImplement systems and processes to support growthManage water, mold, fire, and storm damage projects from start to finish.Schedule crews and coordinate subcontractors when needed.Maintain excellent communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and property managers.Estimate jobs and prepare project documentation.Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company procedures.Recruit, train, and mentor field personnel.Help grow the business through exceptional customer service and operational excellence.Team LeadershipStart up the new office and hire teamLead and develop department managers and staffBuild a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer focusedSupport hiring, retention, and employee developmentGrowth & StrategyPartner with ownership and C-suite on business growth and expansion plansIdentify opportunities to improve operations and increase revenueBuild relationships with clients, vendors, and referral partnersCustomer ExperienceEnsure a high level of service across all projectsMaintain a strong reputation within the communityWhat We're Looking For5-8+ years of leadership experience in restoration, construction, or related industryFamiliarity with Rochester restoration market and strong relationships with industry stakeholders.Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environmentSolid communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to drive results while building a strong team cultureRestoration industry experience required.Management or supervisory experience required.IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, etc.) strongly preferred.Xactimate experience is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to lift 50+ pounds.Preferred:Degree in Business, Construction Management.
