IT Procurement Sourcing Specialist
Location: Hybrid Mendota Heights, MN
Long Term Contract
Job Description
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain experience
- Experience supporting IT Procurement / Indirect Sourcing
- Contract negotiation and vendor management
- RFI/RFP management
- Purchase Order (PO) creation and management
- Quote analysis, pricing comparisons, and cost negotiations
- Supplier onboarding and relationship management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred:
- Indirect sourcing experience
- Procurement systems such as Ariba, Coupa, or GEP
- IT hardware/software procurement
- Statement of Work (SOW) experience
- Project management experience
The ideal candidate will have experience managing sourcing activities from intake through PO issuance while partnering closely with IT stakeholders and vendors.
