Providing guidance, training, and mentoring to team members and helping coordinate project activities and priorities. Solving complex sourcing challenges, analyzing data and trends, and developing effective solutions to non-routine issues. Influencing team success by providing direction and recommendations that support operational effectiveness across multiple groups. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start). Three (3) years of supply chain and/or procurement experience in a private, public, government or military environment. Interpersonal skills. Strong prioritization skills. Analytical skills. Ability to influence. Work Location & Travel On-site working model, requiring at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN. Domestic travel up to 10%. Relocation not authorized. Legal & Eligibility Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for an employment visa status (e.g., H1B). Benefits & Compensation The expected compensation range for this position is $95,591 - $116,834, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on a number of factors.
