Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and oversee all aspects of the construction process, from pre-construction to project completion, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality results. Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire project team, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including procurement, subcontractor management, construction administration, and project closeout Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with building codes and regulations Proactively identify and address project risks and issues Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and manage expectations Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date Continuously seek ways to improve project performance and streamline processes Compensation & Benefits Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year.
