Schedule & Work‑Life Balance

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• $300K guaranteed salary
• Signing bonus for practicing physicians

Patient Panel & Scope

• Patient mix: 70% geriatric, 20% adult, 10% pediatric
• Full‑spectrum Family Medicine including chronic disease management, preventive care, women’s health, same‑day acute visits, and flexibility to develop specialty or niche clinical interests

Responsibilities

• Manages the medical care of patient panel, providing or arranging inpatient hospital care via hospital rounds or arrangements with hospitalists in accordance with Medical Staff requirements
• Collaborates with patients, families, and care team members to ensure excellent patient care outcomes at specified clinic locations and any BJC outreach locations
• Performs and documents medical histories and physicals in the patient’s medical record as required by hospital medical staff bylaws
• Provides or arranges for call coverage for clinic patients and inpatient call coverage in accordance with BJC policies, procedures, and legal and professional standards
• Collaborates and teaches advanced practice providers, support staff, or any care team member assigned in the care of physician’s patient panel
• Maintains a constant state of alertness and works safely as a safety‑sensitive position

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible – Family Medicine
• MD / DO (MBBS accepted)
• Eligible for Missouri licensure

Preferred Qualifications

• Post‑graduation experience 2–5 years
