Springwells of Hope Counseling Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our team as full-time telehealth specialists. In this role, you will provide remote, high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families, creating personalized treatment plans to address a wide spectrum of mental health conditions.

Work Environment\n

As a fully remote practice, we leverage telehealth technology to connect with our clients. Our work environment is flexible, allowing our therapists to conduct sessions from the comfort of their homes while maintaining direct, personal connections with patients. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the needs of our clients. This role promises to blend professional fulfillment with the comforts of a home office setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine clients' specific needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering an empowering environment for clients experiencing common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to assure seamless and integrated care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients in need of immediate support, offering guidance during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients about their mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and community resources that may assist them in their journeys.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per legal and ethical standards in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Actively engage in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health care to apply innovative techniques and approaches in your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health conditions. Our patient population is diverse, requiring sensitivity and adaptability in approach, ensuring each client's treatment plan is as unique as their circumstances. You will encounter individuals with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.

• Proven experience providing individual and group therapy to diverse populations in clinical settings.
\n
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create rapport with clients remotely.

• Strong ethical judgment, maintaining professional boundaries in all interactions.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

• Strong collaborative skills required to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
