The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President of Sales for the West Coast territory. This role is pivotal in driving new business growth and requires a high-performing, enterprise sales professional with a strong background in healthcare technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan, identifying and closing new enterprise healthcare clients, and building relationships with key decision-makers in large healthcare systems. This is a true hunter role, demanding a proactive approach to prospecting, the ability to manage complex sales cycles, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue and quota objectives. Applicants for the Regional Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a healthcare or clinical-related degree, and at least 5 years of successful enterprise healthcare IT sales experience. The role requires a candidate with a demonstrated ability to sell into large health systems, hospitals, or integrated delivery networks, and a strong background in generating new business. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling healthcare technology, virtual care, digital health, AI, SaaS, or similar enterprise healthcare solutions, and be adept at communicating with both executive leadership and clinical decision-makers.
