Built by former CBRE and JLL brokers. The Role A senior TC role where doing the job well makes you more money and moves you up - on a timeline you can see. You own your files start to finish, keep our brokers' deals on the rails, and help build the systems the big shops never bothered to fix. We'll be straight: the pace is real and the standard is high. What You'll Do Run tenant rep and landlord rep deals from LOI to lease execution: documents, deadlines, communication Track critical dates, options, and commission agreements, and abstract leases so nothing slips Keep brokers, landlords, tenants, co-brokers, and attorneys ahead of every deadline Prepare marketing for landlord assignments: availability reports, flyers, and tour books Spot problems before they blow up a deal You’ll Thrive Here If You Have a couple of years coordinating commercial lease deals and know where they go to die Are exceptional at supporting a large roster of brokers and dozens of deadlines at once Stay calm when five things break at once Are comfortable with ambiguity and a strong problem-solver Are great with AI tools and use them to move faster How You Grow and Earn Two ways up: grow into a larger book, or move into managing a team of coordinators.
