- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Break down project requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets and ensure projects stay within allocated resources.
- Possess a strong understanding of relevant technologies and software development processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project alignment.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects.
- Strong technical understanding and knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with specific technologies or software development platforms relevant to the company, specifically Planisware.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with risk management and mitigation.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects.
