Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve clients facing the emotional and psychological challenges associated with hospice care. This includes individuals coping with terminal illnesses, their families, and caregivers. Your work will play a pivotal role in helping clients process grief, loss, and complex feelings surrounding death and dying, while providing comprehensive mental health support and resources to enhance quality of life during this journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
