Seeking an Engineering Project Manager for a high growth capital equipment development and manufacturer in the Andover, MA area.

The Engineering Project Manager would be responsible for leading complex, high-impact projects from strategy to execution using modern project management tools. Responsible for driving day-to-day progress, managing trade-offs, and ensuring the team rapidly resolves or escalates issues, you will secure aggressive business outcomes. Experience with Semiconductor equipment, complex electromechanical systems and related industry experience is required.

Must go on site 4 days per week. Full W-2 benefits offered! Exceptional bonus/incentive structure!

• You will also lead phase-gate reviews and deliver clear, synthesized communications to all stakeholders and executive sponsors.

• Experience with Semiconductors, Test Equipment, Capital Equipment and complex Electromechanical systems is required.
