Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2367.71/week - Job Summary: The ER RN will provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and effective treatment. This role requires a dedicated professional capable of managing acute situations with compassion and expertise. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions quickly to prioritize care based on severity. Administer treatments, medications, and interventions in accordance with clinical protocols. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care as needed. Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately. Adhere to safety standards and compliance regulations to maintain a sterile and safe environment. Qualifications: Valid California RN license uploaded within the last 2 weeks. Minimum of 5 years of relevant emergency room experience. Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications with valid expiration dates. Proven ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours) and every other weekend. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in emergency situations. Successful completion of required onboarding, including labs within 3-5 days of contract signing.
