Onsite Representative Lead

About the Role We are currently seeking an exceptional Onsite Representative Lead to join our team. As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, customers are at the heart of our business. Key Responsibilities Represent Incora Aircraft at customer production sites, coordinating with the Customer Administrator and on‑site functional area managers to maintain and replenish customer supply bins. Provide an on‑site presence and liaison to monitor stock levels, resolve issues, and expedite critical needs supporting customer requirements. Monitor all processes, procedures and functions for accuracy and efficiency. Maintain ongoing and consistent communication with the Regional Customer Program Manager, Contracts, Sales and Finance. Provide operational support and status updates, including notification of critical stock‑outs, coordinating new “Add” and/or “Off” contract requirements and opportunities for quality or process improvements. Identify additional value‑added products or services to increase customer satisfaction and profitability. Key Activities Mentor and lead a team. Be a self‑starter and self‑motivated. Exercise excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Enter data accurately and document clearly. Follow through with perseverance while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Provide excellent customer service, dealing tactfully, confidently and ethically with internal and external customers. Perform in‑depth research when required. Cross‑train in multiple critical areas of the department. Work competently with integrated data systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and advanced Word and Excel functions. Adapt to schedule demands per customer needs. Travel/drive from customer site to site, maintaining own reliable transportation and an approved driving record. Qualifications High school diploma required; some college or college degree preferred. Minimum of one year of experience with JIT, VMI or 3PO within the aerospace industry. Excellent, proven customer service and interaction skills with direct customer and supplier contact. Demonstrated ability to serve as a liaison and a reliable company representative, yielding positive results. Benefits Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
