Senior Manager, Product Value Stream Leader (VSL) (Onsite)

Product Value Stream Leader (VSL) – Integrated Air Data Systems The Product Value Stream Leader (VSL) is the product manager accountable for the full lifecycle of products in the Integrated Air Data Systems (IADS) product portfolio. This includes pursuit and capture, design and development, on‑time delivery, service/support, and long‑term strategic business plans. The VSL drives strategic planning efforts, leads the organization’s business success, and serves as the face of the organization to multiple clients and customers. What You Will Do Lead several cross‑functional Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) that manage new products/services with new market capabilities and offerings. Drive supply chain resilience and achieve output and delivery assurance targets. Implement functional strategy and establish operational plans for the work area. Manage large risks with meaningful financial and schedule impacts and strategic implications for the enterprise. Maximize customer satisfaction and influence key business opportunities through negotiation. Qualifications Minimum university degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 7 years of experience. Demonstrated ability to lead large development teams with diverse skill sets and interdependencies between functional groups. Excellent communication skills capable of distilling complex ideas into simple elements for all management levels. Experience across the product lifecycle, including R&D, design, manufacturing, quality, operations, and field support. Business acumen for evaluating investment opportunities and establishing business priorities. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued DoD Secret security clearance. Preferred Experience Managing technical projects with schedule and earned value management, risk management, and customer interaction. Regulated environment experience and familiarity with aerospace certification standards such as TSO, MIL‑STD, DO‑160, DO‑254, DO‑178B/C, DO‑297. Engineering or operations management experience focusing on design, manufacturing, quality, reliability, or aerospace. Supply chain management, sales, inventory & operations planning (SIOP), demand and material management. Root cause corrective action (RCCA) analysis and business capture, strategy, and sales experience. Employment Eligibility U.S. citizenship is required.
