7th Street Burger was founded in 2021 by two college friends with one simple idea: make great burgers, keep it simple, and stay true to our roots. What started as a single East Village shop has grown into 37+ locations across New York, Boston, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Washington DC and MD, with plans to scale throughout the Northeast and beyond.

The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is organized, resourceful, creative, and excited to help bring the 7th Street Burger brand to life in our neighborhoods.

This is a hands-on role supporting local store marketing, new store openings, community partnerships, and day-to-day marketing activities. You'll help execute the programs that introduce 7th Street Burger to new customers, build relationships in our communities, and drive traffic to our restaurants.

As we continue to expand our presence, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of marketing initiatives, take ownership of projects, and grow your career alongside the brand.

Responsibilities

• Support local store marketing: Help plan and execute grassroots marketing initiatives, local promotions, sampling, and community activations that build awareness and drive traffic to our restaurants.
• Bring new store openings to life: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities for new restaurant openings, including local outreach, promotional materials, events, and opening-day activations.
• Build local relationships: Identify and coordinate partnerships with neighborhood businesses, schools, organizations, creators, and community groups that help connect 7th Street Burger with new audiences.
• Support Partnerships: Help increase brand awareness by coordinating major and local partnerships like the NY Knicks, global burger pop-ups, influencer events and more.
• Coordinate marketing execution: Work with internal teams, restaurant operators, agencies, and vendors to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward.
• Manage marketing materials and logistics: Coordinate the production, distribution, and inventory of promotional materials, signage, merchandise, and other marketing assets.
• Support marketing operations: Maintain marketing calendars, track budgets and expenses, organize project plans, coordinate meetings, and assist with other day-to-day administrative needs. 
• Track results and identify opportunities: Help collect and organize marketing performance data, recap local activations and store openings, and identify ways to make our programs more effective.

• You’re flexible and willing to get out there: Some of our best marketing happens in our restaurants and neighborhoods, including occasional nights, weekends, and travel for store openings and events.

Experience

0–3 years of experience in marketing, events, hospitality, community engagement, or a related field. Recent graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with local marketing, events, or consumer-facing brands is a plus, but not required. More importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude, great instincts, and a willingness to learn.

Compensation

Base Salary: $70k - $80k
