HR Operations Specialist

Highmark Health is seeking an HR Shared Services professional to support day-to-day transactional activities for the HR team. The role emphasizes accurate processing, strong customer service, and collaboration with COEs, TELs, and business leaders. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in TR disciplines such as compensation, benefits, leave administration, or audits, and may hold Workday certification or CEBS.
