Responsibilities Assist in the operation of a department Perform job-related responsibilities as assigned Communicate effectively with Board of Directors, homeowners, and co-workers Attend and facilitate Board of Directors meetings Prepare meeting material packets for meetings Create budgets for communities Obtain and negotiate vendor contracts Review, interpret, and ensure compliance with HOA documents Assist clients with HOA concerns Document and retain communications between Board Members, Vendors, and Support Teams Conduct follow-ups on specific requests from homeowners Requirements High School Diploma 2-5 years related experience Proficient with Google Suite applications Strong communication skills Proper Grammar Previous HOA experience (a plus) General understanding of HOA documents (helpful) #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
