Temporary Recruiter

Our client, a leading global digital sports platform, is looking for a temporary Recruiter to join their team in Sunnyvale, Texas.
This role starts asap and will last for about 6 months, with potential to extend.
Location: Sunnyvale, Texas
Hours: 8am - 5pm
*Fully onsite
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operations roles (production, warehouse, maintenance, quality, skilled trades).
- Partner with site leaders to align on headcount, shifts, ramp timelines, and workforce needs.
- Execute high-volume hiring strategies for production demands, seasonal ramps, and expansions.
- Source candidates via workforce agencies, trade schools, referrals, job fairs, and community partnerships.
- Screen for shift flexibility, reliability, physical requirements, and safety mindset.
- Manage candidates from application to start date with speed and accuracy.
- Track recruiting data and metrics to support workforce planning and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and internal policies.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of recruiting experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong organization; manages high-volume workflows
- High attention to detail with employee data
- Proactive follow-up to meet deadlines
- Comfortable across systems and cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
