Without them, I'd be waiting somewhere, waiting for someone to give me a chance to live... - Client from TelecareWhat You Will Do To Change LivesUnder direct supervision, serves as a primary support and case manager to provide screening, assessment, and assist in linking services needed by members served and their family to overcome the crisis which brought them into the program.Shifts Available:Short Hour | AM | Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Days: Friday - SaturdayShort Hour | PM | Shifts: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | Days: Friday - SaturdayExpected starting wage range is $23.00 - $27.63. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.What You Bring To The Table (Must Have)High School Graduation or G.E.D. equivalent and three (3) years of direct services in mental health or community services; or Associate's degree and two (2) years of experience; or Bachelor's degree in Social ServicesMust possess at least 1 year of direct service experience with Crisis Intervention, including screening and assessmentsSensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issuesMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employmentAll opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification.
