Night Facility Monitor & Crisis Intervention Specialist
Mental Health Systems
TURN is seeking a Facility Monitor in Bakersfield, CA to maintain a safe residential recovery environment and support clients and program staff.
The Night Monitor will provide crisis intervention, ensure security, and complete timely documentation while upholding confidentiality and program standards. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and a CA driver’s license with proof of insurance, with on-site shifts and potential on-call coverage.
