Staffing Coordinator

Job Description

Kirkland Court is looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Staffing Coordinator to join our team!

As our Staffing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring quality resident care by maintaining appropriate staffing levels, coordinating schedules, and supporting our nursing team.

Qualifications:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA/Medication Aide) certification required.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Previous scheduling or long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
