Summary

Join MyMichigan Health as a Physical Therapist providing primarily outpatient rehabilitation with occasional acute care coverage. This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay, a $20,000 sign-on bonus, and the opportunity to work with a collaborative multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Schedule

Day Shift

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• No weekends
• No holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy services in primarily outpatient settings with occasional acute care coverage.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), aides, and students.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Required)
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) (Required)
• BLS Certification (Within 1 month of hire – Highly Preferred)
• Successful completion of MyMichigan Health orientation and competency requirements
