Digital Marketing Manager

Lead and optimize the organization’s digital presence across multiple operating companies in Wisconsin and Indiana Serve as primary administrator for multiple operating company websites Develop and maintain accurate, engaging, search-optimized website content Create landing pages for recruitment, admissions, outreach, and marketing initiatives Improve user experience, navigation, accessibility, and website performance Partner with vendors and developers on website enhancements and new functionality Monitor website analytics and recommend continuous improvements Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns for recruitment, admissions, referrals, and community outreach Create and manage email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and digital outreach materials Coordinate search, display, social, and retargeting advertising campaigns Measure campaign performance and optimize strategies using data and results Support marketing automation and lead nurturing initiatives Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across multiple locations Improve local search visibility through SEO best practices and directory management Monitor search rankings, online reviews, and brand mentions Develop dashboards and reports measuring key performance indicators Analyze user behavior and recommend improvements to engagement and conversion Partner with Digital Content Creators, Social Media Coordinator, operating company leaders, vendors, agencies, and technology partners Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or digital strategy Experience managing CMS platforms (WordPress preferred) Strong understanding of SEO, local SEO, GEO and website optimization Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and similar reporting tools Experience managing email marketing platforms and digital campaigns Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent written communication and content editing abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities across several operating companies Experience in healthcare, education, behavioral health, or human services preferred Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms preferred Knowledge of ADA website accessibility standards preferred Experience managing paid digital advertising preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in digital marketing strategies, website management, and SEO best practices, with a strong focus on optimizing user experience and engagement across multiple platforms. Proficient in managing digital campaigns, analytics, and content creation to drive recruitment and outreach initiatives.
