Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a "Lab Associate" based out of Philadelphia, PA. Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate : $28/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K Key Responsibilities

- Support formulation development for early and late-stage gene therapy products.
- Assist in fill/finish process development including container closures and parenteral devices.
- Execute studies for Extractables & Leachables (E&L), compatibility, and in-use administration testing.
- Design and perform administration device studies (large molecule injectable devices).
- Conduct biophysical characterization and high-throughput formulation screening.
- Support downstream process development related to drug product formulation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytical Development, CMC, Clinical, and Drug Substance teams.
- Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues (internal/external sites).
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with GMP and company procedures.
- Prepare and present experimental data to internal stakeholders.
- B.S. in Biochemistry, Pharmaceutics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 0-2 years of industry experience.
- Basic understanding of large molecule drug product development (preferred).
- Exposure to formulation, parenteral devices, container closures, or process development (nice to have).
- Strong lab skills and ability to follow SOPs.
- Good documentation and teamwork skills.
