SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

Duties
You will oversee the execution of the HCMB ensuring that HCMB meetings are scheduled per the HCMB charter, agenda and minutes are prepared, internal documents that track all position change requests and decisions are adjudicated in a timely manner.
You will coordinate with the Comptroller's Office and the Plans, Programs, and Requirements Department to articulate the Command's manpower and human capital requirements and execute an effective Human Capital Management program.
You will receive, analyze, develop policy and distribute human capital and human resource information to the workforce, providing training or changing internal processes using CPI as needed.
You will coordinate office wide efforts for recurring Shore Manpower Requirements Determination (SMRD) visits.
