Overview Job Title: Machine Operator / Assembler Location: Hopkinton, MA Summary Great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team in Hopkinton, MA! This role involves operating molding equipment, assembling molded parts, trimming and cleaning products, and maintaining quality and production standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate molding and assembly equipment Trim molded parts using hand tools Clean, mark, paint, and identify parts per instructions Inspect products and report quality issues to leads/supervisors Read and follow work instructions, production sheets, and specifications Label, pack, and document completed work Maintain a safe and clean work environment Cross-train and support team operations as needed Qualifications Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to perform repetitive tasks on small and medium-sized parts Ability to follow oral and written instructions Basic documentation and communication skills Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident #J-18808-Ljbffr HW Staffing Solutions
