Territory Sales Manager

Description Strategic Territory Manager We are Jaeckle Distributors, a Wisconsin based business to business flooring and surfacing Distribution Company and we have an opening for a Strategic Territory Manager. This position specializes in flooring products and will be based in Minneapolis, MN and surrounding area. WHY Jaeckle Distributors? Develop close, personal relationships with the customer base Assemble and maintain displays as a selling tool at accounts Pursue commercial work through specification and value-engineering Sell across our variety of product lines with confidence Partner with our vendors and suppliers to achieve great outcomes at the account level Maintain the samples within each a display to ensure current product lines are displayed. Address customer account needs related to support and fulfillment including product delivery Ensure account information is accurate in our CRM and other related systems WHAT do I need to be a success? Results-Oriented Self-Starter. Strong individual contributor capable of working independently and achieving results with minimal daily management. Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments. Strong Communicator. Clearly articulate the needs of the customer with internal partners and determine the best possible course of action that supports Jaeckle Distributors and customer success. Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills An Associate degree or better. 1-2+ years in a client facing service support role. Ability to manage customer relationship effectively; experience delivering consistent service to internal and external customers. Territory travel as required and there will be overnight travel with an average of 2-3 nights a month. Expenses covered by company.
