About the Role

As an FNP or PA, you'll provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. You'll diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, promote preventive care, educate patients, and help improve the health of our community.

This position is based at our Gilbert Elementary Clinic , with occasional opportunities to assist at other PHC locations as needed.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Holds an active Georgia license as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Has at least two years of outpatient primary care experience
• Enjoys practicing independently while collaborating with an experienced healthcare team
• Is passionate about caring for underserved populations
• Values kindness, teamwork, and exceptional patient care

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
