Recruiter

Seeking a detail-oriented Generalist Recruiter, the full-time remote position will manage the full-cycle recruiting process across engineering, ops, growth, mission success, and sales, focusing on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while building strong pipelines for hard-to-fill roles. Key responsibilities: Source high-signal candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and passive outreach while managing 8-15 concurrent requisitions Synchronize with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain feedback loops throughout the recruitment process Utilize Ashby to manage candidate data and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance Required qualifications: 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and commercial functions Hands-on fluency with Ashby or comparable ATS for pipeline configuration and workflow automation Experience recruiting for engineering, ops, growth, mission success, and sales roles Strong negotiation skills with the ability to assess candidate motivation and mitigate late-stage drop-off risk Familiarity with niche or cleared talent pools and comfort with ambiguity in a startup or high-growth environment
