Job Description

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a dedicated and compassionate psychiatrist to join our growing behavioral health team in Sycamore, IL. This role focuses on providing high-quality outpatient psychiatric care to an adult patient population in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Position Highlights:

• Conduct new psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for adult patients
• Develop and manage treatment plans, including medication management
• Full-time, 36 patient-facing hours per week
• MondayFriday clinic schedule with a combination of in-person and telehealth clinic days
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, patient centered care
• Support program development and expansion of advanced behavioral health treatment modalities
• System-wide Epic EMR
• Salary range: $264,000-342,000

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited psychiatry residency
• Board certified or board eligible in psychiatry
• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
• Commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative practice
