Base pay range $30.00/hr - $50.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Insight Global The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client guidelines, and utilizing Aderant software to streamline billing operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and clients. Key Responsibilities: Invoice Preparation: Generate and review invoices using Aderant software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client billing guidelines. Billing Coordination: Collaborate with attorneys and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment. Reporting: Prepare and analyze billing reports to track outstanding balances and billing performance. Client Communication: Address client inquiries regarding billing issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. Compliance: Ensure all billing activities comply with firm policies and client requirements. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of billing activities and client interactions. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of billing experience and accounts payable. Plus: Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Aderant software.
