This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and clients. Key Responsibilities: Invoice Preparation: Generate and review invoices using Aderant software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client billing guidelines. Billing Coordination: Collaborate with attorneys and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment. Reporting: Prepare and analyze billing reports to track outstanding balances and billing performance. Client Communication: Address client inquiries regarding billing issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. Compliance: Ensure all billing activities comply with firm policies and client requirements. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of billing activities and client interactions. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of billing experience and accounts payable. Plus: Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Aderant software.
