We strive to make music lessons as accessible and affordable to as many people as possible because we believe the importance of music education is essential to making the world a better, happier place! Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Drums. We do not have a brick-and-mortar studio location in the Brookeville, MD area, but we have students needing teachers ASAP! Responsibilities Teach music lessons, primarily drums, in students' homes, your own home or studio, or via webcam. Most students prefer in-person lessons; therefore, local instructors who can host students or travel to the Brookeville area are required. Encourage and support student retention. Manage your own schedule and curriculum/lesson plans. Record lesson details and report student progress as needed. Qualifications Great with kids and organized, on time, and good communication with our office are desirable. Formal music training is not mandatory; however, either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience is required.
