ResponsibilitiesGuide potential clients through our portfolio to find the insurance solutions that best protect their assets.
Manage incoming sales inquiries from initial contact through to the binding of the policy.
Review existing client needs to identify gaps in coverage and offer comprehensive protection.
Collaborate with our service team to ensure a smooth transition from new business to long-term account management.
Keep accurate and thorough records of all client interactions within our digital systems.
Stay up to date on carrier guidelines and industry changes to provide the most accurate advice possible.
RequirementsStrong comfort level with quoting software and agency management systems.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
High attention to detail when documenting client information and coverage.
Reliable transportation for daily in-office work in Peachtree Corners.
