What You'll Do Maintain regular communication with sales management to keep stakeholders informed on account activity Complete weekly reporting and manage inventory to ensure visibility and accountability Perform on‑site testing to verify safety and effectiveness of treatment programs Proactively address customer issues, collaborating with sales and customer teams to implement corrective actions Analyze data to evaluate program performance and drive continuous improvement decisions Partner with plant/process owners to lead and implement ongoing process improvements in a manufacturing environment What You’ll Bring B.S. in Science or Engineering (preferred) 1‑3 years industry experience (pulp & paper or water treatment preferred) Documented results making process improvements, solving complex and non‑routine technical problems Project management experience Strong relationship‑building skills Good communication skills both written and oral with multiple organizational levels Experience learning new concepts and/or technology and applying them Ability to work with autonomy Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude and skills Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Valid driver’s license Perks and Benefits Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities Generous paid time off including: vacation, sick days, and floating holidays Competitive base salary with bonus potential 401(k) plan with company match to help you invest in your future Company vehicle provided for travel convenience The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,250.00 and $103,026.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
