This is an hourly, non-exempt position with variable incentive compensation. Expected total annual earnings are $48,000 - $62,000 based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Team Support Partner with Inside and Outside Sales representatives to support day-to-day sales activities, including scheduling customer and partner meetings, preparing quotes, coordinating follow-up communications, and assisting with opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Opportunity & Follow-Up Coordination Help maintain momentum across active opportunities by tracking outstanding actions, coordinating next steps, and proactively identifying items requiring follow-up.
• Quote Creation & Sales Support Create and maintain accurate customer and partner quotes in Salesforce, ensuring pricing, products, terms, and account information are properly documented.
• Customer & Partner Communication Respond promptly and professionally to customer and reseller inquiries, resolving routine requests and coordinating with the appropriate Sales representative or internal team when additional support is required.
• Field & Meeting Support Assist Sales representatives with preparation and follow-up for customer visits, partner meetings, demonstrations, events, and other sales activities as needed.
• Order Processing & Fulfillment Coordination Accurately transition completed orders to Order Management and proactively communicate with customers and partners regarding order status, fulfillment, and outstanding requirements.
• CRM & Pipeline Maintenance Maintain accurate and timely Salesforce records, including accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, cases, and other sales-related information to support pipeline visibility, forecasting, reporting, and team collaboration.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Channel, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Order Management, Customer Support, and other internal teams to facilitate communication and resolve customer and partner needs.
• Sales Reporting & Administration Assist with reporting and provide updates related to pipeline activity, sales metrics, customer issues, product requests, outstanding actions, and other information needed by Sales and sales leadership.

Experience/Skills:

BS/BA Preferred

Proven track record of high achievement

Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Must be proficient with O365 suite, advanced Excel skills a plus

Strong work ethic with confidence to work inside a team

Naturally curious and passionate

A "one-speed" energy with a highly self-driven sense of motivation to succeed

Ability to identify issues preventing an assigned task from being accomplished. Thinks through problems and enlists support to solve them.
