Customer Success Associate

The Customer Success Associate at Kinetic plays an integral part in the invoicing and billing process for our clients in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth billing transactions. Responsibilities Candidates with knowledge of the collision repair process, automotive vendor invoicing, and familiarity with ADAS Technology are a plus Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams and external customers Own the end-to-end setup and onboarding process of new customer, from scheduling the first service request through to service complete and invoiced Support the vehicle dispatch process, including during peak times when daily volumes spike Distribute accurate client invoices in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with customer agreements and contracts Address client inquiries regarding invoices, billing discrepancies, and payment terms promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service Investigate and resolve billing issues and discrepancies to ensure timely payment collection while maintaining high client satisfaction Maintain up-to-date customer account records and documentation, including contract terms, pricing agreements, tax forms, and system updates Conceive, draft, publish internally, and maintain processes and procedures that support efficient and effective execution as Kinetic grows its customer base Support customer retention efforts by proactively addressing concerns and identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction Qualifications Proficiency in using billing software and Microsoft Excel Patient, calm, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service and support Proven experience in a client-facing invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable role within the automotive industry Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong understanding of billing processes, automotive industry standards, and accounting principles Adaptability and a willingness to work with evolving processes and systems Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (ideal) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders Familiarity with QuickBooks and NetSuite, along with industry software such as CCC or Mitchell Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges #J-18808-Ljbffr
