Registered Nurse Case Manager

The RN Case Manager, Workers Compensation plays a vital role in care coordination and case management for injured team members, focusing on facilitating their return to work. Responsibilities managing medical care from injury/illness onset to case closure, conducting assessments via in-person, telephonic, or video visits, communicating with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and legal teams, coordinating tests, procedures, and treatments, developing individualized return-to-work plans, monitoring compliance with treatment protocols, working with care teams to assess functional capacity, documenting case activity accurately, building relationships with team members and leadership to support organizational goals. Qualifications Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare/Science , current RN license in Illinois , BLS certification , and at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience . Preferred skills encompass problem-solving, attention to detail, compassion, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of workers' compensation laws.
