Pay Rate: $60.00/hr

HOURS: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)

Position Summary
As a Consumer Insight Manager Beauty USA , you will be responsible for executing consumer insights tests that drive business growth in the U.S., with a primary focus on Hair Care . You’ll partner closely with global Consumer Insights leaders and local stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution, analysis, and delivery of actionable insights.

Consumer Insight Manager Beauty USA Job Responsibilities

• Execute consumer insights tests in the U.S. to support Hair Care global consumer brands
• Partner with global Consumer Insights leads (Geneva-based) to ensure strategic programs/tests are executed successfully in the U.S.
• Report day-to-day to the Consumer Insight Senior Manager (Princeton-based)
• Set up studies and coordinate with external agencies to launch fieldwork
• Monitor fieldwork progress, data integrity, and overall quality
• Analyze and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights
• Prepare reports using proprietary tools and present/debrief results to internal stakeholders
• Ensure established Consumer Insights methodologies are followed consistently
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in the U.S. and other markets

Consumer Insight Manager Beauty USA Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Consumer Insights (or related discipline) or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a product testing or fragrance testing role
• Working knowledge of Consumer Insights techniques and methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Self-motivated, proactive, high autonomy, and results-driven

Consumer Insight Manager Beauty USA Preferred Skills/Experience

• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Comfort using software/tools for research execution and reporting
• Experience working with agencies and managing multiple projects in parallel
